Do you own your confidence?

Have you ever been asked a seemingly simple question but as soon as you started thinking about the answer, you realized there is more to it than meets the eye?

Recently, I've been asked some of the most thought-provoking questions.

One question specifically left me contemplating for a while. Here is the question I got:

Can you list the attributes you would associate with "being confident"?

This was my original my list:

?? Trusting your gut feeling.

?? Having the ability to establish clear boundaries.

?? Being present and exuding your presence.

?? Not being afraid of being wrong (and being willing to say: "I am sorry, I was wrong").

?? Comfort in asking for help.

?? Owning your voice.

?? Willingness to step into the unknown.

?? Having the capacity to feel all your feelings.

?? Feeling compassion towards yourself and others ...

And now it's your turn:

1. What would you add to the list?

2. Do you believe you own your confidence?

3. What could you do today to step into your confidence even further?

Please share your insights.

I would love to hear from you!
